Video Handpicking 

Unfortunately we currently don't offer video handpicking appointments - only physical appointments at our warehouse in Manchester, UK!

Sizing 

All products are a mixture of different brands, styles and sizing between XS – XXXL that are chosen randomly by our dispatch team. If you are after specific brands, styles, or sizes it would be best to book a handpicking appointment at our warehouse where you can choose each individual product you would like to purchase! 

Shipping 

To calculate shipping, please have a look on our website where shipping will be calculated for you at the checkout as this is based on quite a few factors such as the weight and size of parcels etc 

Restock 

It’s difficult to state an exact date that everything gets restocked as these are sorted from mixed containers, but certain categories do restock regularly! To find out exactly when items restock, It’s best to click the ‘Email when available’ button on our website! 

Customs 

Due to Brexit and strict border regulations, you will no longer need to pay UK VAT. However, you will need to pay the remaining custom duties of around 20%.!

How Long? 

Orders take approximately 2-3 working days to sort and then 1-3 working days for shipping in the UK, or 5-7 days for international parcels  

Grading 

In terms of grading: 

-Grade A refers to items being in a good used condition, these will contain no major flaws but may have minor - stains and/or fabric tearing or abrasion which may be noticeable 

-Grade B refers to garments with apparent stains and/or fabric wear; these problems are either irreplaceable or have been repaired, but are not perfect in appearance
